We want you to absolutely love your new furniture and home décor! But we understand that sometimes, things just aren’t quite right. This guide will walk you through everything you need to know about our return, exchange, and cancellation policies.

Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns for most ready-made items within 30 days of delivery. Item(s) must be in original, undamaged condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.

To exchange an item, first return the original item and then place a new order for the replacement.

Returns and exchanges are at your own risk; customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. If you return an item and it isn’t received at the Returns Center, we reserve the right to reverse your refund. In some cases, a 25% restocking fee may apply.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless you request store credit. Please allow 7–14 business days for your refund to be processed and posted to your account. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases where items arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Made to Order & Non-Returnable Items

Made-to-order items are made just for you and are not eligible for return or exchange, unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Made-to-order includes furniture, lighting, mirrors, artwork, rugs, curtain rods, hardware, wallpaper, monogrammed items, swatches, samples, and any other item with finishes and features that are uniquely selected when you place your order.

1. In order to return an item, please fill out the form below. Enter your order number and email to complete your return request.
2. Once your request is approved, you will receive an email detailing where to send your return.
3. Ship your item back using the carrier of your choice.
4. Returns will be credited back using the original payment method, unless store credit is requested, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to post to your account.
