Our products fall into two categories: Ready to Ship items, which typically leave the warehouse quickly, and Made to Order items, which are crafted just for you and require additional production time. Lead times vary by product and are noted on each product page.

Please Note:

Shipping timelines are based on average transit times across the continental United States. While we do our best to estimate delivery windows accurately, exact timing may vary based on vendor location, item availability, carrier scheduling, and delivery address.

Origin of Shipment:

To ensure the most efficient delivery possible, many of our items ship directly from our trusted vendor partners, who are located across the U.S. As a result, orders may arrive in multiple shipments and on different dates. Your order confirmation will include tracking information as it becomes available.

Shipping Charges:

Standard shipping fees are calculated based on item size, weight, and destination. Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.

Ready to Ship:

Items marked Ready to Ship are in stock and will typically leave the warehouse within 5–10 business days. Delivery times will vary based on your location and the shipping method selected.

Made to Order:

Made to Order pieces are built specifically for your order. This allows us to offer customized sizes, finishes, and fabrics — and ensures you receive a truly special piece. Lead times for Made to Order items are typically 8–10 weeks, though this can vary. Our team will keep you informed if production or delivery estimates change.

Ground Shipping:

Ground Shipping is our standard delivery option for smaller, non-furniture items and certain furniture pieces that do not require special handling. Orders ship via trusted carriers such as UPS or FedEx and will be delivered to your door. No unpacking, assembly, or debris removal is included in this service.

White Glove Delivery:

For larger furniture and delicate items, we recommend our White Glove Delivery service. With this option, your order will be delivered by a professional team who will bring it into your home, place it in the room of your choice, unpack it, and assemble it if needed. All packaging materials will be removed, leaving your space clean so you can enjoy your new piece immediately.

Additional Notes:

• We do not currently ship to PO Boxes or international addresses.
• Expedited shipping is not available on all items.
• Delivery times may be extended during holidays or peak seasons.
